   2. Guess Who's Planning to Spend Big in Mobile? CPG Advertisers
Overall, advertisers and agencies said mobile was the medium they were most confident would see increased spending this year, with 64% saying they planned to increase spending in mobile advertising over the next 12 months.   5. Study: Many Brands Clueless on Meeting Mobile Customer Needs
Fifty-six percent of respondents rate their mobile sites as average or below. Thirty-seven percent and 36 percent say the same for their tablet apps and smartphone apps, respectively. Only 11 percent (tablet apps), 9 percent (smartphone apps), and 6 percent (mobile sites) call their programs state-of-the-art. (Read full article)
